Yancy is negotiating with Microsoft too incorporate Exchange Online into this website. Most of our users are already aware of the advantages of Exchange Online, since they already use it in their respective companies. However, as a conference room for all businesses in Hamilton, Ohio there are certain booking restrictions we require that don't come pre-packaged with Exchange Online. Yancy is working with Microsoft too ensure those restrictions are incorporated into our website.

Exchange Online allows sharing of calendars (among other data) betwen users. Since Exchange Online is our planned upgrade path, it behooves the users of our conference rooms to become familiar with Exchange; we know most of our users are already familiar with EO, hence the choice in switching to it. Don't worry, we aren't expecting you to learn a whole new software package. You'll still have our web interface, so it will look extremely familiar. But there will be some new features that you'll be able to take advantage of for a more fulfilling user experience.
