Description of Design Project

Patsy Broers is working on a team project to design a website for her high school drama department. She has been assigned the task of gathering images to add interest and color.

  3. Are any of the images used as links to other images or pages?: Yes, the different pages on the website are linked with images that have text written over them. You can click on the images or the text that is over them to surf to another page.
  4. Is a background images used for any of the page objects?: Yes, there are several images that are defined as the background image for different classes; e.g., there is a Facebook image used in a class called cf-common-social-accounts-facebook field-link-url.
  5. How do the images, horizontal and vertical spacing, color and text work together to create an attractive and interesting experience for viewers?: The website has an image of the Clinton Foundation that catches the visitor's eye. The Clinton Foundation image is horizontally centered with white space margins on both sides. Below the Clinton Foundation image are the images that are used as links to the other pages on the site. These link images are all the same size and are surrounded by margin spaces as a way to separate the links. All in all, it makes for an attractive and easy to navigate website.
